From a very exclusive selection we reserve steaks from cows of breeds such as Pyrenean, Blonde, Minhota, Maronesa, Barrosa, Cachena, etc. National, Portuguese and Central European, aged 45–50 days
Sirloin chops from cows over 7 years old selected for their breeds, marbling level and fat, with maturations depending on the animal's morphology. Please consult staff regarding breed and maturation of the Sirloin.
