Steaks from cows over 7 years old, selected for their breeds, marbling, and fat, with maturations depending on the animal’s morphology. Please check with staff for breed and aging of the steak
Steaks from Black Angus cows, raised on extensive pasture near Huesca by a family of ranchers. Aged 15–25 days
